Cold Forming of Metal Sheets
Our product line includes geometrically complex parts made from stainless steel, base metals, and aluminum, with sheet thicknesses ranging from 1 to 6 mm. We utilize eccentric presses with capacities ranging from 25 to 400 tons.
Turning
Our machine park includes 4 CNC turning machines:

Three long-turning machines capable of processing rods up to 42 mm in diameter.

One short-turning CNC machine that processes rods up to 52 mm in diameter for serial turning, or up to 220 mm in diameter for part turning.
Welding
We offer two welding processes:

Robotic MIG/MAG welding

Resistance welding (ERW)
Our equipment includes 3 welding robots and 1 spot welding machine.
Laser cutting
We offer both 2D and 3D laser cutting:

The 2D laser cutting machine can cut steel up to 15 mm, stainless steel up to 6 mm, and aluminum up to 5 mm, with a maximum sheet size of 3000x1500 mm.

The 3D laser cutting machine can process spatial shapes of steel up to 4 mm, stainless steel up to 3 mm, and aluminum up to 2 mm, with clamping capabilities up to 2000x1000 mm.
Sheet bending on a hydraulic press brake
Our machine park includes a hydraulic press brake with a table length of 1500 mm for precise sheet bending.
Axis bending
We also specialize in axis bending, capable of bending axes up to 12 mm in diameter and 600 mm in length, using a dedicated in-house developed machine with robotic assistance.
